These conditions apply to gift cards purchased on Lovehoney.com.

Lovehoney.com gift cards must be redeemed on the Lovehoney.com website towards the purchase of eligible products listed in our online catalogue.

You cannot redeem Lovehoney.com gift cards on any other website.

Gift cards cannot be used to buy gift cards.

Gift cards have no cash redemption value and are not transferable or assignable.

If the order exceeds the amount of the gift card(s), the balance must be paid by credit or debit card, Paypal or Amazon Pay.

Gift cards have no expiry date. Normal Lovehoney terms and conditions of purchase and for using the Lovehoney.com website apply.

Only one gift card can be redeemed per order.

Order and product promotions and discount coupons cannot be used when purchasing with a gift card.

Lovehoney.com is not responsible if a gift card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
