Why is tax being added to my order?

Due to Lovehoney's growth and changes in tax legislation, we are now legally required to charge state sales tax in some states.

We charge sales tax in locations where we have a legal obligation to do so.

• Actual taxes charged are calculated based on products ordered and shipping destination.
• The taxes that appear in your order during checkout are what you will be charged.
• If your state is exempt you will not be charged tax.
• In some states delivery charges are also subject to tax.
