60 Day Returns

​You have 60 days from the day of purchase to return items to us for your money back. Unopened, unused or unworn products that have packaging or tags intact are eligible for this type of return. Please note that we cannot offer exchanges. Returns are sent through USPS.

Defective products are eligible for Lovehoney’s 1-year product warranty. We-Vibe, Arcwave, and ROMP products have a 2-year warranty period. Womanizer products come with a 5-year warranty, ensuring your purchase is protected for an extended period.​ If anything goes wrong with your product, we will replace it or refund it.

We’re confident we have the expertise, products and advice to make sure you pick the right toy for you, but everyone is unique. ​ If you have a faulty product that you received as part of a promo or special offer, please return it to us and we will be happy to send a replacement. ​If you wish to have a refund, you will need to return all your promotional items or pay for the outstanding item. If you wish to keep an item that was received free, we can deduct the cost of it from your refund.
